RamSoft and StructuRad announced that PowerServer PACS users will have MacroLive as an add-on macro reporting feature, available early 2008. The service reportedly will allow a user to access the StructuRad 7,000 macro library from within PowerServer PACS to quickly create and store a report.
MacroLive is deployed with specific PACS interfaces to facilitate integration. It is designed to work with the existing PowerServer PACS reporting system. Its features include compounding of macros, organization level sharing of macros, saving of user customized macros as personal macros, macro search and built-in speech recognition for command-and-control.
