This advanced chronic disease remote monitoring system aids in reduction of 30-day readmission rates for heart patients, in particular those with congestive heart failure (CHF).
The P201 Remote Telehealth Blood Pressure Gateway System provides a cellular device with combined mHealth Personal Dashboard app, transmitting relevant data to population health management systems, wellness platforms, electronic medical records (EMRs) and health information exchanges (HIEs) anywhere in the world through use with the Ostar health insurance card reader. The P201 is the first Cellular P Series to be released.
The device provides data input gateway ability, accepting and transmitting other patient-centered data from glucometers, weight scales and all other vital signs devices.
