August 8, 2011 — Elsevier, provider of scientific, technical and medical information products and services, announced its Braunwald's Heart Disease Practice Guides App for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch is now available on the App Store.
The app includes content from Braunwald's Heart Disease: A Textbook of Cardiovascular Medicine, Ninth Edition, and provides the most up-to-date, evidence-based cardiology clinical practice guidelines from the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the American Heart Association (AHA).
The app provides access to the most useful, clinically actionable and evidence-based cardiology clinical practice guidelines today. The joint cardiovascular practice guidelines of the ACC and the AHA have become important documents for guiding cardiology practice and establishing benchmarks for quality of care.
