Arm-Held Ultrasound System Introduced


September 29, 2010 – A new portable, arm-held ultrasound system can provide fast, easy and reliable diagnosis even in critical emergency situations. The MyLabOne, by Biosound Esaote, is lightweight and features a 12-inch, color, touch-screen display.

Users can choose from multiple available configurations such as arm-held, roll stand, articulated arm attachment (VESA) or desk stand/docking station. It also features wireless networking for easy data sharing, storage and printing and has complete multifrequency probes, ranging from 1 to 22 MHz. Finally, it has customizable, user-programmable buttons integrated into a lightweight linear probe.
