Kardia E Offers Web-Based Echo Management

April 1, 2008 – KARDIA Health Systems featured its new Kardia E cardiovascular suite at ACC 2008.

Developed at and licensed by Mayo Clinic, Kardia E is a Web-based clinical, diagnostic and reporting solution designed for use by echocardiography laboratories. The system is designed to manage patient echo procedures—from scheduling, data entry, automated and suggested impressions to report generation and coded billing.

The Kardia E requires no site installations or special equipment, just a high-speed Internet connection and a PC with Windows or Macintosh with Windows emulation software, according to the company.
