Two Prominent Cardiologists Open Las Vegas’ First Concierge Cardiology Practice

First such clinic in Nevada focuses on more individualized patient care

Ameli Dadourian Heart Center, Las Vegas, Nevada, first concierge cardiology practice

August 12, 2015 — Two top Las Vegas cardiologists, Sean Ameli, M.D., and Berge Dadourian, M.D., announced that the Ameli | Dadourian Heart Center has transitioned to a concierge cardiology practice. Located in Tivoli Village in Summerlin, the Ameli | Dadourian Heart Center offers access to high-quality cardiology care featuring same- or next-day appointments, phone calls answered by friendly staff and ongoing preventative educational services.

Primary care doctors typically utilize the concierge medicine model, but this is the first time in Nevada that it is being employed by a cardiologist practice. "Concierge medicine brings us back to the basics of healthcare and allows us to spend more time with the patient," said Ameli. "These days you have to wait weeks or months to see a cardiologist and when you finally have your appointment, it is very rushed. That does not happen at Ameli | Dadourian Heart Center. We spend as much time as necessary to make sure to receive the necessary care you need and you have all of your questions answered."

The doctors have created the Patient Alliance that requires patients to pay a minimal annual fee to become part of the practice. "The Patient Alliance allows us to limit the size of our practice and continue to provide a comprehensive and very individualized level of care," said Dadourian.

A variety of diagnostic tests are offered in the office including ultrasound, treadmill, pacemaker checks, pulmonary function and Holter monitoring. The heart center accepts Medicare and most insurance plans.
