ProSolv Announces Partnership with MedAxiom

August 15, 2007 — ProSolv CardioVascular, a FUJIFILM company, announced that it is the newest MedAxiom Corporate Partner.

MedAxiom is a premier resource for cardiology practices with its network comprising more than 250 cardiology groups representing over 5500 physicians. With this partnership ProSolv CardioVascular becomes the first cardiovascular image and information system (CVIIS) company to join the MedAxiom group.

As MedAxiom’s sole CVIIS corporate partner, ProSolv CardioVascular plans to develop an interactive relationship with the MedAxiom membership and provide meaningful educational programs and materials that will aid them in their selection of and transition to CVIIS. ProSolv CardioVascular is well positioned to provide guidance to the private cardiovascular practice market with approximately 40 percent of the company’s more than 350 system installations successfully completed in this space, according to the company.

Additionally leading academic institutions including The Mayo Clinic, The Cleveland Clinic and Johns Hopkins University have selected ProSolv CardioVascular’s CVIIS which include a full range of solutions for echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, nuclear cardiology, ECG, cardiac catheterization, and cardiac CT and MR
