February 22, 2016 — The Software & Information Industry Association (formerly ABM, the Association of Business Information & Media Companies) recently announced that Imaging Technology News, sister publication to Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiology, is among the 2016 Jesse H. Neal Award finalists.
ITN/ITNonline.com, a brand of Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Scranton Gillette Communications, is a finalist in the Best Commentary/Blog category for its Last Read column, titled “Deals Proliferate in the Dangerous World of CT,” and accompanying blog series on the changing computed tomography market by Contributing Editor Greg Freiherr.
The Jesse H. Neal Award is recognized as the “Pulitzer Prize of the business press.” Established in 1955, the awards are named after ABM’s first managing director, who promoted the business press throughout his life. The winners, selected for exhibiting journalistic enterprise, service to the industry and editorial craftsmanship, will be announced on Friday, April 1, at the New York City awards luncheon.
