Cigna Corp. Restores Mobile Cardiac Monitoring Services Coverage

Cigna Corporation has reinstated coverage of the Ambulatory Cardiac Telemetry (ACT) service provided by LifeWatch Services Inc.


Oct. 23, 2014 —Cigna Corporation has reinstated coverage of the Ambulatory Cardiac Telemetry (ACT) service provided by its subsidiary LifeWatch Services Inc.

The coverage is retroactively effective as of June 15, 2014 and applies to all Cigna affiliated entities.

In addition, the parties entered into a confidential settlement agreement and LifeWatch will be dismissing its pending case filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
